Wir haben das Sofa jetzt seit ein paar Monaten und sind immernoch zufrieden. Der Stoff ist robust und lässt sich super absaugen. Beim ersten Sitzen fanden wir es etwas hart, aber daran gewöhnt man sich schnell. Es ist sehr bequem!

Trotz einer Lieferverzögerung von etwa zwei bis drei Wochen bin ich sehr zufrieden mit meinem Kauf bei Luxusbetten24. Die Couch hat die längere Wartezeit definitiv wettgemacht. Sie sieht sehr hochwertig aus, ist äußerst bequem und wirkt vom Design her wirklich besonders und fast wie ein Designerstück. Auch die Flexibilität – ob man sie als Einzelperson nutzt oder unterschiedlich aufbaut – gefällt mir sehr gut.

Die Lieferung verlief ebenfalls unkompliziert. Die Fahrer vom Möbeltaxi waren sehr freundlich und haben sogar beim Auspacken geholfen, was ich als sehr zuvorkommend empfunden habe. Insgesamt ein hochwertiges Produkt zu einem guten Preis. Ich würde diese Couch jederzeit wieder kaufen und kann sie definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Die Bestellung und Bestellbestätigung erfolgt einfach und schnell. Der Kundensupport ist sehr freundlich. Die Anfrage wird zügig bearbeitet und der Rückruf erfolgte umgehend innerhalb einer Stunde. Toller Service. Die Lieferung wurde rechtzeitig angekündigt. Eine Sendeverfolgung ist inklusive. Kurz vor der Lieferung hat sich der Spediteur telefonisch gemeldet. Ich bin rundherum zufrieden.

Macht optisch was her und ist sehr bequem. Find's super, dass man das Sofa leicht umbauen und transportieren kann. Einen Punktabzug gibt es, weil ich versucht habe den Bezug von einer Matratze abzumachen. Nach einer halben Stunde habe ich aufgegeben. Statt den Bezug zu waschen, habe ich dann zu anderen Reinigungsmitteln greifen müssen. Gibt's da nen Trick?
