Can I also leave the sofa free-standing in the room?

Most of our sofas are fully upholstered, which means they also look good from the back and can be placed freely in the room without any problem. You can find details in the respective product description - or simply ask us directly.

Can I also pay in installments?

Yes, of course! With us, you can conveniently pay by installments via PayPal or our 0% financing. The selection and processing take place directly at checkout - simple, transparent, and flexible according to your needs.

Is the sofa delivered to the apartment free of charge?

Yes! All our sofas are carried into your home free of charge - with no extra cost.

For some larger models, free assembly is even included. You can find all the details above under “Services” on the product page.

Are the sofas also suitable for households with pets?

Yes, in principle all of our sofas are also suitable for pet owners. Our velvet and faux leather models are particularly recommended, as they are not only durable but also water-repellent and easy to care for.

We would be pleased to provide you with personal advice for an individual recommendation based on your pet and preferred fabric.

How do I properly care for my sofa?

Our fabrics are durable and easy to care for. In most cases, it is sufficient to vacuum the surface regularly and clean it with a damp cloth when needed. For particularly thorough and material-friendly care, we recommend our upholstery cleaner from Luxusbetten24, which was specially developed for delicate fabrics such as bouclé or Corduroy. Please do not use a regular vacuum cleaner with a hard brush - this can damage fine weaves. Special upholstery attachments or handheld vacuum cleaners with a soft nozzle are better suited. For particularly delicate materials, we will gladly provide you with individual care instructions on request.

Is there a warranty?

Yes - we provide a 5-year warranty* on our sofas, in addition to the statutory 2-year guarantee. The details of what is covered are set out in our warranty terms and conditions.
