How do I properly care for my sofa?
Our fabrics are robust and easy to care for. In most cases, it is sufficient to regularly vacuum the surface and clean it with a damp cloth if necessary. For particularly thorough and gentle care, we recommend our upholstery cleaner from Luxusbetten24, which has been specially developed for delicate fabrics such as bouclé or Corduroy. Please do not use a regular vacuum cleaner with a hard brush – this can damage fine fabrics. Special upholstery attachments or handheld vacuum cleaners with soft nozzles are better suited. For especially delicate materials, we are happy to provide you with individual care instructions upon request.
Is there a warranty?
Certainly. Our sofas come with a statutory warranty of 2 years. However, many of our customers sleep contentedly in them for much longer – because quality pays off.

Es ist einfach ein Traum aussehen super Verarbeitung super Lieferung super 10 von 10‘sternen
Artikel kam wie zugesagt, gut verpackt und in einem 1 A Zustand an. Angegebene Lieferzeit wurde eingehalten. Die Transportfirma war leider aus Polen und die Verständigung war sehr schwierig. Als Nachtdienstler leider nicht einfach (deshalb habe ich die Transportfirma nach ihren vergeblichen Anruf bei mir, per Mail angeschrieben und ihnen eine Uhrzeit genannt, wann ich telefonisch am besten erreichbar bin). Nach polnischer Art keine Reaktion von der Transportfirma aufgrund von Sprachbarriere. Transportfirma stand dann einen Tag später vor dem Haus und lieferte das Möbelstück ohne Absprache (nicht gerade die feine Art für einen Nachtdienstler der eigentlich schlafen müsste).
Trotzt der unglücklichen Begegnung mit der Transportfirma, kann man dies Luxusbetten24 als Auftraggeber nicht anlasten. Vielleicht wäre eine andere Firma die ihre Ware ausliefert besser für die Zukunft.
Daher auch kein Stern Abzug, weil die Ware in Ordnung war und ich mit dem Möbelstück zufrieden bin.
Zwar hatte die Transportfirma am Liefertag mir angeboten das Möbelstück aufzubauen (was nicht vereinbart war), was ich aber dankend ablehnte nach der Erfahrung, und mir das Möbelstück lieber allein aufgebaut habe.
Nun steht das gute Stück aufgebaut in meinem Wohnzimmer und genieße das Möbelstück bis es nicht mehr geht (irgendwann gibt immer ein Möbelstück den Geist auf). :-)
Auf Bildmaterial verzichte ich aus Datenschutzgründen.
Genau wie auf dem Bild, schnelle Lieferung innerhalb von 10 Tagen. Das Sofa ist vom Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis super !leicht aufzubauen und leicht zu pflegen /sauber halten. Die schlaffunktion ist einwandfrei da passen zwei Leute ganz gut
