Frequently Asked Questions

Regarding our upholstered beds

What is the difference between an upholstered bed and a box spring bed?

An upholstered bed generally has a classic slatted base and a separate mattress - this makes it particularly flexible in the choice of firmness and sleeping comfort. In contrast, a box spring bed consists of a three-part system with a sprung base. Both variants offer excellent comfort - the decision depends on your personal preferences.

Can I also pay in installments?

Yes, of course! With us, you can conveniently pay by installments via PayPal or our 0% financing. The selection and processing take place directly at checkout - simple, transparent, and flexible according to your needs.

How do I properly care for my upholstered bed?

Our fabrics are durable and easy to care for. As a rule, it is sufficient to vacuum the surface regularly and, if necessary, treat it with a damp cloth or a suitable upholstery cleaner. We recommend not using a regular vacuum cleaner with a hard brush, as this can damage delicate fabrics such as bouclé or Corduroy. Instead, a special upholstery attachment or a handheld vacuum cleaner with a soft nozzle is suitable. For particularly delicate materials, we will be happy to provide you with individual care instructions on request.

Is the upholstered bed delivered to the apartment free of charge?

Yes! All our sofas are carried into your home free of charge - at no extra cost.

Additional services can be added at checkout.

Is a slatted frame included in the delivery?

Yes. Our upholstered beds are delivered with a slatted frame included as standard – in some models, this frame is even foldable, allowing access to the convenient storage box underneath.

Is there a warranty?

Yes – we provide a 5-year warranty* on our upholstered beds, in addition to the statutory 2-year warranty. Details of what is covered can be found in our warranty terms and conditions.

Are mattresses included?

In most cases, mattresses are not included in the scope of delivery. However, some upholstered beds are offered including a mattress.

You can easily see whether a mattress is included in the product description and in the “You buy” section further up on the page. There you will find all included components clearly listed.
