What is the difference between an upholstered bed and a box spring bed?

An upholstered bed typically features a classic slatted frame and a separate mattress – this makes it particularly flexible in choosing the firmness and sleeping comfort. In contrast, a box spring bed consists of a three-part system with a sprung base. Both options offer excellent comfort – the choice depends on your personal preferences.

Can I also pay in installments?

Yes, of course! With us, you can easily pay by installment through PayPal or Klarna. The selection and processing is done directly at checkout – simple, transparent, and flexible according to your needs.

How do I properly care for my upholstered bed?

Our fabrics are durable and easy to care for. Usually, it is sufficient to regularly vacuum the surface and treat it with a damp cloth or a suitable upholstery cleaner as needed. We recommend not using a regular vacuum cleaner with a hard brush, as it can damage delicate fabrics like bouclé or corduroy. Instead, a special upholstery attachment or a handheld vacuum with a soft nozzle is suitable. For particularly sensitive materials, we are happy to provide individual care instructions upon request.

Is the upholstered bed delivered to the apartment free of charge?

Yes. Our upholstered beds are delivered with a slatted frame included as standard – in some models, this frame is even foldable, allowing access to the convenient storage box underneath.

Is there a warranty?

Certainly. Our upholstered beds come with a statutory warranty of 2 years. However, many of our customers sleep satisfactorily in them for much longer – because quality pays off.

Are mattresses included?

In most cases, mattresses are not included in the delivery. However, some upholstered beds are offered with a mattress included.

Sehr glücklich

Wir sind super glücklich mit unserem Bett. Ich hatte nach der Bestellung Kontakt mit dem Serviceteam, die sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet haben
Nach ca. 5 Wochen ging alles sehr schnell. Wir haben den Anruf bekommen, dass der Spediteur am nächsten Vormittag das Bett liefern würde. Am Liefertag haben wir nochmal einen Anruf bekommen mit einer genaueren Uhrzeit. Da ich in der Arbeit war, hatte ich darum gebeten, dass es vor die Wohnungstür gestellt werden soll, was sehr gut funktioniert hat. Der Lieferant hat mir dann auch ein Foto geschickt.
Hervorheben möchte ich auch den Aufbau: Das ging so einfach und schnell wie nie zuvor, hauptsächlich weil zb die Schrauben und Gegenstücke schon an den richtigen Stellen angebracht waren und man das Gegenstück nur mehr einhängen und die Schraube dann nachziehen musste. Der Aufbau macht so sogar den Handwerkmuffel Freude. Die Teile sind robust, schöne Farbe wie auf dem Foto. Einziges Manko was ich nicht bedacht hatte, ist das Gewicht des Lattenrostes mit den Matratzen drauf (Matratzen hatten wir eigene) - bei durchgängigem Stauraum mit einem Lattenrost 200x200 cm schaff ich das zb nicht hochzuheben.
Die Verpackung fand ich auch ausreichend und umweltschonend. Die Teile waren mit dünnem Karton bzw dickerem Papier umwickelt und eine Folie noch drum rum. Im Enddefekt war dann nur wenig Verpackungsmüll zu entsorgen. Wir sind sehr glücklich und super zufrieden dass wir uns für Luxusbetten entschieden haben. Klare Kaufempfehlung.
