We are currently looking for a **Customer Service Representative** (m/f/d) in full-time.

Currently, you work remotely from home – in about 9 months we will move to our new office in Hanover, from then on work will be on-site.

Your tasks

• Handling customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat (no call center)
• Support with questions regarding products, orders, delivery, and returns
• Solution-oriented collaboration with logistics, purchasing, and complaints
• Documentation and maintenance of cases in the ticket system
• Contributing ideas to optimize our processes and customer satisfaction

Your profile

• Experience in customer service – ideally in e-commerce or the furniture sector
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Additional language skills (English, Polish, French, or Dutch) are a great advantage
• Confident handling of digital tools & systems (e.g., email systems, CRM, helpdesk)
• Structured working style, personal responsibility, and team spirit
• Friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication
