    How long does delivery take?

    Your configured box spring bed is usually delivered within 3–4 weeks. The current delivery time is shown in the configurator directly next to the price.

    What is the difference between Boxspring Lite and Original Boxspring?

    Boxspring Lite has a sturdy structure without an integrated mattress, but with extra storage options - you are free to choose the mattress. In the original Boxspring, a Bonnell spring core base provides gentle support, and you choose the mattress for the top.

    Can I combine storage space and legs?

    No. Drawers and the lift-up storage compartment are available in the version without feet. The configurator shows this to you directly.

    Can I choose a different firmness level for each side?

    Yes. With two separate mattresses, you choose the firmness level H2, H3, or H4 for each side individually.

    Is the bed delivered to the bedroom and assembled?

    Yes, delivery to the bedroom and assembly are included in the price.

    Can I pay in installments?

    Yes, with our own 0% financing or via PayPal installment payments. You choose both directly at checkout.

    Can I save or share my configuration?

    Yes. In the overview, you send yourself a link by email and continue later. Via “Share configuration”, you can do so using a QR code, WhatsApp, or a link.

    What warranty is there?

    5-year warranty on materials, workmanship, and functions.
