Our focus is not only on high-quality products but also on efficient processes in the background. For this, we are looking for you – an experienced accountant with DATEV and e-commerce expertise.

Your tasks

• Independent accounting for our growing trading company (general ledger accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable)
• Processing of incoming and outgoing invoices including digital payment reconciliations
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in cooperation with the tax advisor
• Management and maintenance of master data in DATEV and the ERP system
• Control and reconciliation of payment inflows and outflows from the online shop and platforms (e.g., OTTO, Amazon)
• Creation of evaluations (e.g., surgery lists, cost center analyses)
• Close exchange with logistics, purchasing, and management regarding booking process inquiries

Your profile

• Completed commercial training with a focus on accounting / financial accounting or comparable qualification
• Solid DATEV knowledge, ideally in conjunction with e-commerce systems
• Experience with accounting in a trading or e-commerce company
• Independent, structured, and precise way of working
• Analytical thinking and strong affinity for numbers
• Confident handling of MS Excel and accounting software
• Teamwork and resilience in a dynamic environment
• Fluent German in spoken and written form
