FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the bed delivered to the bedroom free of charge?

Yes! Delivery is free all the way to your bedroom - at no extra charge.

If you wish, you can book additional services during checkout, such as assembly by our installation team or removal of your old furniture. This makes buying a bed from us as convenient as possible for you.

Can I also pay in installments?

Yes, of course! With us, you can conveniently pay by installments via PayPal or our 0% financing. The selection and processing take place directly at checkout - simple, transparent, and flexible according to your needs.

Can I choose different colors or fabrics than those displayed on the product page?

Yes! If you would like a specific color or another fabric that is not listed on the product page, simply write to us or call us. We have access to many additional options and will find a solution together - promised!

Are mattresses and toppers included in the price?

The mattresses are always included as standard with our box spring beds - so you do not need to order them separately.

Toppers are also included in most cases, unless otherwise stated on the product page. You will find all the information clearly presented in the respective product description.

Can I clean or change the covers?

Topper covers are usually removable and washable. For the box and the mattress, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth or special upholstery cleaners. Our fabrics are robust, durable, and easy to care for – ensuring a long-lasting beautiful bedroom.

Are custom sizes or individual adjustments possible?

Yes, absolutely! For larger sizes or individual requirements, we recommend our bed configurator - there you can easily design your bed according to your preferences.

If you have special requirements or are looking for something specific that is not shown online, please contact us personally. Together, we can almost always find a solution - promised!

Is there a warranty?

Of course. Our box spring beds come with a statutory warranty of 2 years. However, many of our customers sleep satisfactorily in them for much longer – because quality pays off.

We are available for you Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, by email, phone, or chat.
